David Palmer is responsible for leading the company's core business operations which includes oversight of all key functional responsibilities including Human Resources, Finance, IT and Facilities encompassing over 9,000 employees.
Mr. Palmer started his career at AOL where he began in various roles within the call center. After 13 years at AOL, he left as the Senior Vice-President of International Operations where he managed the entire scope of business for captive & outsourced service centers for AOL products and services.
Mr. Palmer brings more than 24 years of experience in the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the U.S. He joined C3 from VXI Global Solutions, a global BPO firm where he was responsible for all aspects of operational & financial performance for over 18,000 employees in VXI’s Americas Business Unit. Palmer previously served as COO in several public and private BPO firms such as Connextions and eTelecare Global Solutions.
Mr. Palmer resides in Arizona with his family and is based in C3 Tucson.
