Sudhir Agarwal is Chief Experience Leader at C3/CustomerContactChannels where he brings more than two decades of corporate leadership and management experience to the company. His areas of expertise include operations, migrations, client management, business development and corporate mergers. At C3, Agarwal leads a team of veteran executives working together to disrupt the customer relations industry and drive thought leadership.1
Mr. Agarwal also serves as Chief Executive Officer and founder of C3’s parent company, Everise, a joint venture between Everstone and Sunrise, a company he also founded and leads as CEO. Mr. Agarwal is responsible for expanding Everise’s business operations throughout Singapore and across Asia. Backed by global high-net-worth investors with extensive international financial, operational and strategic experience, Everise’s mandate is to invest in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market with a long-term view on growth and returns to its clients and investors.
Prior to forming Sunrise, Mr. Agarwal was a founding member of Aegis, one of the largest BPO companies in India. Mr. Agarwal helped grow Aegis from just a five-employee operation, to a global BPO with a significant presence in India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He led 20 merger and acquisition deals globally, and personally managed the seamless and successful integration of teams.
Prior to forming Aegis, Mr. Agarwal joined Genpact where he held multiple leadership roles in operations and transition management. He also spearheaded the company’s successful expansion into Hungary and China.
An impactful orator and a thought leader in the industry, Mr. Agarwal has been regularly invited to speak at various prestigious forums across the world, such as the Wharton India Economic Forum at Philadelphia, the Aspect BPO CXO Xchange roundtable in Hong Kong and Silicon India Leadership Summit in New Delhi.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School, UK.
