Sudhir Agarwal

Chief Experience Leader

Sudhir Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Sunrise. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Everise, a joint venture between Sunrise and private equity and real estate investment firm Everstone, and the Chief Experience Leader at Everise subsidiary C3/CustomerContactChannels (C3).

At Everise, Sudhir is responsible for leading and expanding the business in Singapore and across Asia. Backed by global high net worth investors with extensive international financial, operational and strategic experience, Everise’s mandate is to invest in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market with a long-term view on growth and returns to its clients and investors.

Richard Ferry

Advisor

Rick Ferry serves as C3’s Advisor. In 2010, Rick Ferry was one of the original founders of C3, and served as the COO during the height of the Company’s growth phase. As COO, he led the Company through the opening of the multiple US sites, and the expansion into the Philippines and Guatemala.

Rick Ferry is the former Chief Executive Officer of Aegis Communications where he successfully took command of a failing organization and led the successful effort to turn the company around. During his tenure, Company revenues increased from $58M to over $700M. Under his leadership and as a member of the three person Office of the Global CEO, the Company’s roster of employees grew from 1,100 to nearly 42,000 worldwide, completed 14 acquisitions, and significantly expanded globally.

Yogesh Khattar

Experience Leader – Operations

Yogesh Khattar is responsible for day-to-day leadership and general management of C3 US and the Philippines.

A respected thought leader on customer experience, continuous improvement, and innovation, Mr. Khattar has over 20 years’ experience in enterprise leadership with BPO companies across India, US, South Africa, Philippines, and Costa Rica. From start-ups to established enterprises, he has directly managed large P&Ls. His focus on customer-centric cultures and verifiable success metrics have helped save millions of dollars year over year for clients in the technical support, healthcare, consulting, BFSI, telecom, and travel industries.

William Foo

Experience Leader – Finance (CFO) 

William has more than 15 years’ experience, a majority of which are in senior finance roles within large multinational conglomerates.
He was previously CFO of Knowledge Universe Global, one of the world’s largest provider of early childhood education, where he successfully co-led the sale of their Asia pre-school and international school businesses.

Curt Gooden

Experience Leader – Technology

Curt Gooden is a technology executive with nearly two decades of experience leading IT departments for global companies. He has successfully managed all aspects of information technology across international boundaries while lowering costs, implementing controls, mitigating risks and adding tangible value to clients.

Miguel Ramos

Experience Leader - Chief Commercial Officer

Miguel Ramos was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Aegis Communications. In this role, he was responsible for merger and acquisitions activity, new business development, as well as the development of the firm’s entrée into the Energy and Utilities vertical market. Mr. Ramos was also an active participant on the team that built Aegis Healthcare, a business unit dedicated to the unique needs of Healthcare and Insurance clients.

Sheena Ponnappan

Experience Leader – People & Culture
Sheena Ponnappan holds the responsibility for driving the growth for C3’s businesses through effective people strategies. She is responsible for Human Resources strategy & planning, staffing, talent engagement & management, succession processes as well as compensation & benefits and leadership development.

Kenneth Epstein

Experience Leader - Cx Strategy 

With a vast background in customer contact strategies, together with C3’s original management team Ken Epstein co-founded C3 in 2005 and operationalized the business in 2010. At C3, Ken has been largely responsible for overseeing C3’s business development for 6 years. Today, he is one of C3’s Experience Leaders in Customer Experience Strategy.

Having served for many years as an executive in the BPO industry, Ken was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Aegis Communications from 2005-2010 where he built and led the Company’s North American Sales organization. During his career there, Aegis experienced exponential growth.

Alicia Miyares Laszewski

Experience Leader- Brand Marketing and Communications
Alicia Miyares Laszewski rejoined C3 in 2017 after running her own consulting practice, YourBrandLab Inc., for 4 years.

Prior to forming her own firm, Mrs. Laszewski was the Vice President of Brand, Culture, Communications, and Marketing at C3 at inception, and created the LOVE brand and culture that established C3 as a unique provider into the BPO industry. In her role, she was responsible for all external and internal communications as well as branding, marketing, recruitment advertising, and recognition programs.
