C3/CustomerContactChannels Receives Bronze Business Partnership Award at the Chief Learning Officer Magazine Learning in Practice Awards

MIRAMAR October 10, 2018--C3/CustomerContactChannels was commended with a bronze honor at the Learning in Practice Awards hosted by Chief Learning Officer Magazine. This accolade was achieved on October 3rd for the Business Partnership category, which recognizes organizations that have implemented a significant evaluation program that has demonstrated exceptional business impact from their workforce development programs.

The Learning in Practice Awards have recognized learning leaders who demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs for over 15 years and has bestowed their awards upon important global organizations such as Dell EMC Education Services, Booz Allen Hamilton, General Electric, Mastercard, and London Business School.

As a first time participant of this event, C3 was recognized for implementing and managing the PACE (Progressively Achieving Career Experience) program. PACE has helped the company build bench strength and prepare for growth by redefining the organizational culture and leveraging its employees’ unique knowledge of the business to craft a distinctive new strategy, align costs and implement new actions to drive performance and efficiencies. C3’s PACE initiative is comprised of a series of customized learning activities and assignments in a variety of delivery formats including instructor-led, web-based self-study, small group discussions, and train-the-trainer workshops.

This program has achieved overwhelming results within its short existence, catapulting the company’s position to stand within the top 3 business partnerships recognized by Chief Learning Officer Magazine. Within less than a year, the initiative has resulted in over 2,000 course completions and a participant satisfaction score of 8.14 out of 10.

“We are truly honored to have received this prestigious award that highlights C3’s investment in continuous learning for our employees” Sudhir Agarwal, C3’s Chief Executive Officer, commented. He added, “Our employees are at the heart of our business, and education is a fundamental part of their career growth that allows them to grow together with C3.”
