MCGREGOR, TX (KXXV) -
C3/CustomerContactChannels have announced the addition of 1,200 full-time jobs at its McGregor
call center facility.
These positions will mainly be for customer service agents, but there are also supervisor positions
available. C3 plans to hire for these positions in the next four to six months.
Headquartered in Plantation, Fl., C3 is a global provider of outsourced business processes, including
sales, services, performance optimization, reputation management and complete customer lifecycle
management through traditional, web and emerging communication channels. The McGregor facility
was opened in August 2011, when the region was recovering from the economic recession. Now, it
is one of the largest employers in the area.
“These newly created positions are a direct result of the growth we are experiencing as a company,
especially in the healthcare industry,” said Suzette Mansfield, C3 site director. “We are looking for
people who enjoy solving problems and creating exceptional customer-service experiences through
traditional and modern streams of communication.”
C3 is looking for candidates with exemplary communications skills who are also computer proficient.
Training will be offered to those who are new to the industry.
