Global BPO Company Seeks to Hire 200 people over next 30 days 

SALT LAKE CITY—April 1, 2016—C3/CustomerContactChannels, a global provider of customer management  solutions, is ramping up operations at its Salt Lake City facility and is seeking to hire 200 team members by the beginning of May.  Most of the positions are for customer service representatives.  

C3 provides a wide variety of services, including customer service and sales, as well as training and consulting.  C3 has been established in Salt Lake City for the past six years handling inbound customer service calls for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.  The company offers competitive pay and benefits, as well as a fun working environment and a clear path for career advancement.

“We are looking for motivated individuals to handle inbound calls from customers and members,” said Dennis Eaton, site leader for C3’s contact center in Salt Lake City.  “Potential employees must have exemplary customer service and communication skills and be computer proficient.” The positions offer base and bonus pay of up to $12-$15 per hour, he added.

In addition to fitting in with its corporate culture, C3 is looking for applicants who like dealing with other people and learning new things. Previous experience is a plus, but the company does offer training for those who are new to the customer service industry.
