Company announced expansion of one of its call centers in Tucson area and revealed plans to hire up to 1800 full time agents across the area in the coming months.

 

Tucson, AZ—May 8, 2018—C3/CustomerContactChannels announced it will be expanding in the Tucson area. The company will be unveiling its new, expanded offices at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 9th.  It also plans on hiring more than 100 full time people for its two other contact center locations in the Tucson area.

  • In addition to hiring in this newly renovated location, C3 will also be hiring to fill 1800 new full-time positions over the next couple of months at the following two locations: 

The open positions vary from licensed inbound healthcare insurance agents to customer service agents who will be tasked with managing customer experiences on behalf of C3 clients.
